FREE USPS SHIPPING WITH TRACKING IN THE UNITED STATES
KERF Case ships worldwide using the United States Postal Service and UPS where applicable. We currently offer express or expedited services which can be selected during checkout. All USPS items are free when sent domestically and include a tracking number. Every case is custom made to order. Your case should arrive within 2-4 business days within the U.S. after your shipping confirmation email is sent (with the exception of some remote locations).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind our product. If you are not happy with your case you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different case. Our return period is 15 days. If more than 15 days from your purchase have elapsed, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you MUST EMAIL US FIRST and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and TRACKING INFORMATION for all return shipping. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There are no refunds for shipping paid by the customer.
There are certain situations where no refunds will be granted:
Cases with obvious signs of abuse, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, improper installation, or impacts (such as dropping your phone) or Custom Cases of any kind.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items or discounted items cannot be returned.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
