We handcraft every Kerf case to order—no mass production, no shortcuts. Each case starts with raw wood in our Elkhart, Indiana workshop and is made just for you.

Production Times

Slim Cases:

• Standard: 5–7 business days
• Priority: 3–4 business days
• Express: 1–2 business days

Solid & Select Cases:

• These take more time to craft.
• Please add 2 business days to the production times above.

• Standard – $5 (Free on orders $100+)

• Express – $20

How It Works

Priority and Express get a faster shipping method and also jump the production line so your case is made and shipped sooner.

Express uses the fastest available method to your address.

International Orders

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Rates and delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout. We do not cover import duties and taxes so please be aware that your may have an extra fee charged by your country when your order is received.

At Kerf, we stand behind our craft. Wood is a natural material, and sometimes things happen—that’s why we created KerfCare, our lifetime protection promise. Every Kerf phone case comes with KerfCare Lifetime Repairs. If your case ever breaks, we’ll fix it—or replace it at 50% off if it can’t be repaired.

KerfCare Lifetime Repairs

• If your case ever breaks or wears down, send it back and we’ll repair it.
• A $10 flat fee covers shipping both ways.
• We’ll email you a prepaid return label for convenience.

Replacement Guarantee

• If a case can’t be repaired, you’ll receive 50% off a like replacement.

Free Repairs for Defects

• If your case arrives damaged, or breaks under normal use within the first 30 days, repair or replacement is free of charge with shipping covered both ways.

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your case, no questions asked.
