How it Works
- Start a repair.
Use the form below to start your repair. Make sure to complete Checkout (free) so we have your shipping address. - Ship your case to us.
The only cost to you is shipping the case (or it's broken pieces) to our shop in Elkhart, Indiana. Pack it securely so it doesn't get extra damage during transit.
You must ship your damaged product to: KerfCare, 610 W Crawford St, Elkhart IN 46516. - We repair it and ship back to you.
Our team restores your case with the same care we build with. We cover all repair costs and the cost of return shipping. Turnaround time is 5-10 business days from when we receive your product.

We want to be certain that we are able to repair your case. Please fill out this quick form and attach a photo of the damage. We'll let you know within 1 day if we will be able to repair it.
We don't want you to waste money shipping the case to us if we won't be able to fix it. Most damages can be assessed from a photo.

KerfCare Lifetime Repairs
For as long as you own your Kerf® case, if it breaks or wears down, send it to us—we’ll repair it. You cover shipping to our shop; we cover the repair work and the trip back to you.
Replacement Guarantee
If a case can’t be repaired, we’ll offer a like-for-like replacement at 50% off. You’ll always see and approve any paid option before we proceed.
30-Day Peace of Mind (defects)
If your case arrives damaged or fails under normal use within 30 days, repair or replacement is free and we cover shipping both ways.
Returns & Exchanges
- 30-day, no-questions-asked returns from delivery.
- Limited to one free exchange per order.

Does KerfCare last for the life of my case?
Yes—KerfCare is a lifetime repair program for Kerf wood cases, focused on keeping your case protected and beautiful over time.
Will repairs change the feel of my wood case?
No. Our goal is to preserve the natural grain, smooth handfeel, and protective fit you expect from Kerf.
What if my case is beyond repair?
We’ll let you know right away and provide a 50% discount on a like replacement.
Do you cover buttons and MagSafe?
If your case includes metal buttons or an integrated magnet, we’ll keep those functional through the repair whenever possible.
Is KerfCare transferable?
Coverage only applies to the original owner and is non-transferable.
