Every product is custom made to order. It's more sustainable than stocking an inventory of finished items. Once you place your order, we make your product from raw materials. This process takes between 3-5 business days.

When your case is ready to ship, it should arrive within 2-4 business days within the U.S. after your shipping confirmation email is sent (with the exception of some remote locations).  Please note that it may take up to 3 weeks after your order confirmation for your shipment confirmation to be sent, since all of our items are made to order. 

We offer Fedex Express for expedited shipping for.  This shipping service is either next day or within 2 days, depending on your location. Please contact us for a detailed estimate.

We make gorgeous handmade wood cases that are both stylish and protective.  Our cases protect phones from drop damage very well.  That being said, wood can crack from repeated impacts, and customers used to the durability of a plastic case may be disappointed if their case cracks after several drops.  We want all of our customers to be aware that owning a wood phone case may involve cracks and faults, and we offer our lifetime warranty as a way to stand by our products.  For maximum durability, we recommend our wood and metal Alloy series.

LIFETIME REPAIRS

We offer a FREE repair and restoration service for damaged or worn wood phone cases, depending on the amount of wear or damage. We are experts at repairing and restoring your old cases. If you love your case and want a FREE repair just send us an email with a photo of your issue attached. Chances are your case can be fixed or restored.

For wood phone cases that are damaged beyond repair from abuse, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, improper installation, or impacts (such as dropping your phone), we will provide a one time replacement of your damaged case with a brand new case (similar style and wood species) at a 50% discount, or a 25% discount on any other case in our collection. To be eligible the original case must be shipped back to us in the original packaging or other secure shipping method and with TRACKING to us at:

WOOD PHONE CASES ARE MORE DURABLE THAN YOU THINK

Our cases are 100% wood, and if treated with care will prove to be durable. Dropping your case on hard surfaces will protect the phone, however damage to the case might be possible, but the case might not even get a scratch. It all depends on how the case is dropped. If you drop your phone and want to inquire about our repair program pleaselet us know. Above all, our cases are functional, high end design for your phone and are not meant to compete with the protection offered by bulky rubber and plastic cases.

WOOD SKIN REPAIRS

Unfortunately, due to the nature of wood veneer skins, we cannot offer repairs for any of our wood skin products, including wood skins for iPhone, iPad, Apple Pencil, and MacBook.  If you experience issues with your wood skin, we offer replacements with a 50% discount.  Please contact us for details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind our product. In most cases, if you are not happy with your wood case you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different case. Our return period is 15 days. If more than 15 days from delivery of your order have elapsed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you (must email us first) and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  We strongly recommend using the original packaging for the return, or that it is otherwise very well protected; we cannot offer a refund if the product is damaged during its return trip. KerfCase does not pay for shipping for product returns. It is up to the customer to ensure the case is shipped back to us follow our Return Shipping guidelines below.

If it takes longer than 30 days from delivery for us to receive your product back, a restocking fee of $25 will be charged.

THERE ARE CERTAIN SITUATIONS WHERE NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED:

Cases with obvious signs of abuse, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, improper installation, or impacts (such as dropping your phone) or Custom Cases of any kind. 

Due to the unique nature of the wood grain in our Kerf Select collection, all sales are final and we cannot process returns for Kerf Select cases.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

When embarking on the journey of designing a Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G Wood Case, we had two key criteria: It must be durable enough for everyday use, and the look and feel must compliment the iconic industrial design of the Galaxy.

MASTERING THE DETAILS

We have been making solid wood phone cases since 2013, and for every improvement to the phone, we release a better version of our cases. Our cases are more durable than imported wood cases, utilize a patented design to hold the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra securely, and are lined with super soft ultrasuede. 
Wooden Phone Cases

MADE BY HAND, EACH CASE IS UNIQUE

All of our Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G Wood Cases are designed to work with our Wood Wireless Charging Blocks, which means we can make a charging block from any of the gorgeous hardwood species we use for our handmade wood phone cases.  

If you order a wood phone case, pick up a matching charging block and it will likely be cut from the same piece of wood. Natural materials are a perfect compliment to your technology.

All KerfCase wooden phone cases are designed, machined, and finished in Pittsburgh, PA. Once the center of American steel production, Pittsburgh has transformed into a technology-centered city nestled in an urban forest.
