You can only get KerfCare on a previous case you have bought from us. KerfCare is not transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser.

When we receive your case, we'll repair it and ship back to you. Most repairs take 3-5 business days but if there are multiple pieces it could take us longer. If your case is badly damaged, it may still have visible lines but we will do our best
